<div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <p>El sistema esta basado en la<strong> uni\u00f3n por prensado a alta compresi\u00f3n<\/strong> de un tubo de acero inoxidable de pared delgada con un accesorio del mismo material.<\/p><p>El accesorio tiene una deformaci\u00f3n circular que compensa el espesor de pared del tubo a recibir y unir lo que minimiza la posibilidad de p\u00e9rdida de cargas y las turbulencias en la circulaci\u00f3n del fluido.<\/p><p>Asimismo, cuenta con una cavidad en donde es alojado un o\u00b4ring elastom\u00e9rico de diferentes especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas seg\u00fan su posterior uso y que luego de prensado asegurar\u00e1 el cierre hidr\u00e1ulico del sistema.<\/p><p>Por medio de una bomba hidr\u00e1ulica que puede ser manual o a bater\u00eda se aplica una presi\u00f3n de 700 Kg\/cm2 logrando una uni\u00f3n perfecta entre tubo y accesorio tal como se indica en la figura.<\/p><p>La alta presi\u00f3n ejercida en el cierre logra tambi\u00e9n un cierre mec\u00e1nico entre ambos aceros inoxidables (tubo y accesorio) que impide el desplazamiento de la uni\u00f3n una vez ejecutada y que nos permite una resistencia de trabajo de hasta 20 Kg\/cm2 o m\u00e1s de presi\u00f3n interna.<\/p><p>En la figura pueden verse los cierres mec\u00e1nico e hidr\u00e1ulico despu\u00e9s de haber ejercido la presi\u00f3n de sellado.<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!--
